No. Someone else just used the same name once. No affiliation at all. I chose the name because Profound is my long-time alias, and I am providing hosting. Not very original but it's just a name. Until recently, I was providing hosting services via the domain EYErc.net.
No. I will only provide services to host clean content. I do not have time to respond to take-down requests from my upstream provider or the Australian Federal Police. Any adult material or other questionable content will be removed swiftly, and without warning. In such cases I reserve the right to remove your account and content without warning.
I have a faith in Jesus Christ and I uphold Christian values, and as a result I choose not to host any content that is in direct opposition to this.
No. Please remember this is a free service and I am unable to provide any warranty on the service - If my host goes down due to an unforseen issue, I cannot compensate you financially or otherwise. If you need service level agreements or guaranteed uptime, then I recommend getting in touch with the mob over at crucialp.com and setup your own hosting arrangements. In a perfect world, I would host an unlimited number of websites, however time/resource constraints and the sheer volume of requests coming in at any point in time may mean that I end up with a backlog of requests, or that I need to add additional resources to the server so that it continues to outperform your expectations. I sincerely apologise if for either of these reasons I decide to decline your request, or if it takes a little while to set up your free account.
